Lets learn a new word this week – HEWING! I picked up this word when reading through the book, “The Richest Man in Babylon”. HEWING is a present participle gotten from the verb HEW which means
chop or cut (something, especially wood or coal) with an axe, pick, or other tool.“master carpenters would hew the logs with an axe”or
conform or adhere to. (North American Definition)

It works every time. It’s just that we want quick results and answers that we sometimes fail to hold on!
“Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.” Proverbs 16:3, The Amplified Bible
