MANGO, AYE!

Fam…. It’s Mango season, and guess what there’s a mango tree behind the house! Like I can literally stretch my hand and pluck a mango from it! Amazing right!

Anyways, prior to this season, whenever mango from this tree is given to me by my cousin’s girls I’d be forming big aunty… “Erm, don’t worry you people can have it” I was never really interested in licking mango from this tree…. Truth be told I didn’t believe in its potential so I’d rather go the market to buy than wait till I’ve gotten one form it. And whenever I finally finally agree to have a taste I’d just take half and give it out….

Not until on Wednesday fam! Damn…. I don’t know if it’s the hunger that was the motivating factor or not, all I know is when it’s was brought to me, “Aunty, see the mango we plucked today again o” I just said “Oya drop one for me” By the time I traded it, jingle I was blown away. This mango is sweet abeg…. How do I know you’d say? I bought mango earlier and had taken my fill of it, so when I tasted this our house own I was like jeez why did I go ahead to spoil my taste buds.

I didn’t know when I confessed to my cousin that the mango is a sweet specie! Today when an offer was made the way I jumped at it and picked two ehn 😂😂😂 and I’m still seeking more….

End Point:

  1. There’s potential around you but sometimes we refuse to see it.
  2. Learn to try out new things, if it doesnt work then you’ll know instead of assuming!

Now which method do you prefer when you’re licking your mango? Fam, honestly as for me, I just suck the life support outta that fruit mahn, and I really don’t care till all the juice is drained out, leaving it as white as!

P. S. Sounding the warning bells for people like Kayz, Chino, Champ, Umu Feddy, etc that would say “Gimme now, or lemme come to your house and take”…. STAY OUT, I’M NOT AROUND!
